AGUAdeORO is a family-owned jewelry store founded in 2009 in Geneva with over 40 years of experience in the field. Originally from Bolivia, AGUAdeORO is an ethical and responsible jewelry brand, offering highly customizable and environmentally friendly models.
Fairtrade Gold
These earrings are made of 18k Fairtrade gold. Gold is one of the strongest metals and one of the only precious metals that is unalterable over time. Our materials are worked in Swiss foundries recognized for the quality of their work, which guarantees the unalterability of the color of our alloys. Fairtrade gold comes exclusively from small-scale mines that meet the Fairtrade Gold standard. It allows us to provide workers in these mines with a guaranteed minimum Fairtrade price for their product and thus guarantee good working conditions on site. At AGUAdeORO, we only use gold officially certified FairTrade by Max Havelaar for all our jewelry. By doing so, we directly support local miners throughout the gold extraction process and ensure that it is carried out under fair conditions.

Certificate of traceability
Our main interest is to guarantee our customers the best possible traceability of our products. This is why we provide them with a traceability certificate indicating the origin of our products and their production chain.
Box and packaging
This pair of earrings comes with a suitable case. We also offer a special case to protect it during transport or sending your jewelry for repair, if you cannot come to us.
Delivery
Secure delivery and shipping by registered mail with tracking information. If the package is lost, the jewelry is fully insured and will be sent back to you as quickly as possible.
Guarantee
This jewel is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can have your purchase serviced every year free of charge. To each service carried out, your general warranty is extended by one year.
Lifetime Service
We offer you the cleaning and the free lifetime revision of your jewel so that it regains its original beauty.
Exchange policy
It is possible to exchange the jewel within 14 days (2 weeks) after purchase, for another model. There is no possibility of refund. The exchange policy does not apply to personalized or altered models.
