Warranty
All our creations are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase. This exclusive guarantee covers any manufacturing defects, but does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, shocks, lack of care or natural wear and tear over time.As part of our commitment to excellence and customer care, we offer an exclusive protection service for small mixed diamonds (up to 0.05 ct per stone): in the event of a fall, we undertake to replace them free of charge.
To preserve the brilliance and longevity of your jewel, we recommend an annual check-up by our experts. Any check-up carried out during the warranty period extends the initial warranty by one year, as does the replacement service for mixed diamonds.
Orders & Returns
Due to the exceptional nature of our creations, the majority of our pieces are made to order and personalized. Consequently, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, these orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. This policy applies in particular to engagement rings and wedding bands, as well as to jewelry engraved or modified on request.
However, exceptions can be made for non-customized standard models. In this case, an exchange may be offered under certain conditions. To check your eligibility, please contact our Customer Service department.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union or the European Economic Area and you have made your purchase via our website, you have a legal right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the physical receipt of your order.
To exercise this right, simply notify our Customer Service Department before the expiry of this period. They will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product.
Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made creations, such as engagement rings and wedding bands, which cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
