• Each piece of AGUAdeORO jewelry comes with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. Our creations are accompanied by a certificate guaranteeing their quality. Jewelry set with diamonds of 0.30 ct or more comes with a certificate from an independent gemology laboratory.

• We replace small diamonds free of charge in case of loss during the warranty period.

• Setting inspection and jewelry cleaning services are complimentary for life.

• For engagement rings, we offer unlimited refinishing for two years, as well as one complimentary resizing up or down, provided the adjustment does not exceed two sizes and you notify us within the first three weeks after purchase.
